Evolve MMA / ONE Championship 10 Day Training Camp – February 2020

I am hugely excited to announce that the first ever Warrior Collective Training Camp will be ran in collaboration with 2 of the biggest names in global martial arts today, Evolve MMA and ONE Championship.  This Singapore based trip will offer all those lucky enough to attend a Martial Arts experience unlike any other.  Running for 10 days from Thursday 20th February until Saturday 29th February, I will personally be hosting and leading this group training camp myself.

    I have been travelling out to Singapore to visit Evolve MMA and watch ONE Championship events since 2015.  For those of you who may not be as familiar as I am with both of these phenomenal brands, let me tell you a bit more about them;

    Evolve MMA

Headquartered in Singapore, Evolve Mixed Martial Arts is Asia’s premier championship brand for martial arts. It has the most number of World Champions on the planet. Named as the #1 ranked martial arts organization in Asia by CNN, Yahoo! Sports, FOX Sports, ESPN StarSports, Tokyo Times, MMA Mania, The Fight Nation, Asian MMA, Combat Asia, Middleeasy, and many other leading authorities, Evolve MMA aims to deliver the best martial arts instruction available anywhere in the world.

#1 MMA School in Asia – Tokyo Times
#1 International MMA Gym – Middleeasy
#1 Mixed Martial Arts Gym in Asia – The Fight Nation
#1 Mixed Martial Arts Camp in Asia – MMA Mania

    • The world-renowned Evolve Instructor Team is the largest and most experienced team in Asia.
    • The Evolve Instructor Team has over 1,000 years of world championship experience.
    • With 700+ classes per week, Evolve has the largest and most convenient class schedules in Asia.
    • The award-winning Evolve academies are state-of-the-art, modern 5 star facilities.

Evolve MMA now has 4 state-of-the-art academies based around the centre of Singapore.  Each with it’s own huge and comprehensively scheduled timetable of martial arts disciplines, classes and training sessions.

    ONE Championship

ONE Championship is Asia’s largest global sports media property in history with a global broadcast reach of 2.6 billion potential viewers across 140+ countries.  ONE has achieved some of the highest TV ratings and social media engagement metrics across Asia with it’s unique brand of Asian values, world-class athletes, and world-class production.  As the world’s largest martial arts organisation, ONE features bouts across the full spectrum of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Karate, Silat, Sanda, Lethwei, Taekwondo, Submission Grappling, and more.

The ONE Athlete Roster has over 140+ World Champions (out of 550+ athletes) across various martial arts disciplines, making it the largest collection of World Champions of any organisation on the planet.

Hugely renowned for their talent stacked cards, off the chart production values and iconic venues, ONE Championship events are regularly sold out across the world.

    Singapore

Whizzing around Singapore can take a matter of minutes, thanks to one of the world’s most efficient and widespread public transport systems. Hankering for breakfast in Little India, but want to visit the temples in Chinatown before lunch? No problem, you’ll be there in a jiffy using the sparkling MRT system – and why not stop at Marina Bay for a spot of shopping on your way? Plus, with new metro lines opening practically every two years, this tiny island just keeps on becoming easier to explore.

    The Island of Feasting

Food in Singapore is taken very seriously. From cheap hawker fare to Michelin-starred fine dining, food-enamoured Singaporeans will line up for it, Instagram the hell out of it and passionately debate whether it is ‘die, die, must try’ – Singlish slang for ‘to die for’. Don’t fret about finding a place to chow down, as each neighbourhood is home to local hawker centres and coffeeshops dishing up some of the island’s best meals for just a couple of bucks. Simply follow your nose or join the longest queue – whatever morsels lie at the end, they are almost guaranteed to be scrumptious.

    A Green City

The concrete jungles that once dominated Singapore’s skyline are slowly giving way to green skyscrapers, which look more like living ecosystems than business hubs. Fervently working towards its ‘City in a Garden’ dream, the nation is ploughing money into becoming more sustainable and, well, green. Head out of town a little and you’ll find plenty of walking trails, treetop jungle bridges, wildlife galore and the city’s green jewel, the Unesco World Heritage–listed Singapore Botanic Gardens: these are the lungs of Singapore.

    Shopping Frenzy

When the sweltering outdoor heat gets too much, Singaporeans love ducking inside for a spot of retail therapy and a good dose of air-conditioning. Orchard Rd is the queen of shopping malls: with all the high-street brands, plenty of high-fashion houses, and a few discount outlets thrown into the mix, everyone’s needs (and more often wants) are catered for here. If you prefer your shopping a little less mass-market, head out to local neighbourhoods for independent designers, quirky art galleries, bustling markets, Chinese medicines, Persian carpets and a sari or two.

Having been to Singapore many times now, I am hugely looking forward to leading this training camp at Evolve MMA with the incredible added bonus of accessing what will no doubt be another outstanding ONE Championship event there.  If you have any further questions beyond what is covered above then please don’t hesitate to get in touch today via email (stuart@warriorcollective.co.uk), the message symbol on this page or any of the Warrior Collective Social Media.
