Judo Throws from John Wick – 10 Step by Step Tutorials with Sophie Cox

The John Wick films are now up to the three mark (with a fourth on the way).  Well known for the high octane, action sequences involving massive fight scenes and gun battles, Judo actually forms the basis of a lot of the choreography in each film.  The Judo throws from John Wick include a diverse range from the grappling based discipline.  The main star Keanu Reeves had to go through months of arduous training in order to be able to pull off all the technical Martial Arts shown.
