Tiffany van Soest is not only the current and multiple times Glory Kickboxing world champion, she also holds a multitude of world titles in Muay Thai and Karate as well as having competed in elite level MMA as part of the US based Invicta FC promotion. In this, her first ever full length instructional volume on the Warrior Marketplace, she goes through step by step, a whole manner of amazing coaching content, knowledge and drills she personally likes to utilise regularly with the fighters she trains.
Tiffany Lynn van Soest is an American fighter who competes in the bantamweight division. She is 5 x Glory Kickboxing world champion. In 2019, Combat Press voted her the Female Fighter of the Year.
Originally a Shōrin-ryū Karate practitioner, Tiffany began Muay Thai at the age of eighteen and was both a state and national title holder as an amateur before turning professional in 2011.
