The best thing is the explanations of the how why when. So you have posted these drills for years which is the what, but when you explain the how why when it’s like a code breaker to what is actually going on in your videos. Like when you explain “call out your work”. Most of boxing is just the same thing said in a different way. You are actually the different way. I do hope boxing catches up with other sports soon and is able to take feedback. Also got over 40 rounds of drills just in the first 40 mins of video. Only done about 500 rounds of the dadada and agility but in 2 weeks my feet have become more educated than in 10 years of training. It’s like the switching on the controls. 52blocks/wingchun style. It’s so far ahead of its time it’s crazy. The explanations though are so good. 🙏

Barry says it best! Layers to the cake. No matter your experience level, Barry does a superb job at explaining his teachings and why/when/how to use them. Basics win fights and it all starts in the foundation. Definitely worth investing into the entire series as each volume is meant to prepare you for more lessons ahead. He’s not just teaching you how to box but how to FIGHT!!!! The drills can be applied in any combat sport. Don’t waste training time doing things that can’t be brought over specifically to your sport. Focus and train with vision and intent. Barry’s system provides with the information and offers online support to ensure you are on the right track. Can’t recommend him enough.
